We also have a significant track record in leasing, property management, asset management, and consulting. While we fully understand the real estate capital markets, we are much more than financial engineers. Instead, we focus on the long-term benefits of investing in and operating real estate based upon its fundamentals.

- extensive experience in the multi-family and single family sectors having owned over 100,000 apartment units, and having developed and master planned many residential subdivisions ranging in size from 100 lots to over 5,000 acres.
